You’ve handled every situation with professionalism and strength, and I truly feel secure having you and your right-hand lady, Stephanie, overseeing my rentals. I especially appreciate how you stepped in and resolved the situation with the tenant who was involved in legal trouble. The entire neighborhood was in an uproar, and you handled it quickly, calmly, and effectively. Removing someone who was using the property as a drug house was not easy, but you protected the community, the property, and my peace of mind. That meant a lot to me. And thank you as well for the upgrades at the Pheasant house — the new paint, the new flooring, and getting a great new tenant in there. I never leave reviews for property management, but have been so impressed with Stephanie, that I wanted to write a review. She has been amazing to work with over the 3 years we rented from her. She was always very quick to address any issues, and I greatly appreciated that. She has gone out of her way many times to make sure both tenants and homeowners are satisfied and that's not something you typically get through property management. Genuinely kind and professional. Honestly, I can't recommend Legacy enough.

I rented a property that is managed by Legacy for about 3 years until a couple months ago when I bought a home. I have to say that it was the best rental experience that I’ve ever had, and there have been several prior to moving to Twin Falls. Stephanie was a pleasure to work with. She was very professional and dealt with any issues very quickly and communicated well throughout the process. She was honest and fair during the exit process and returned my entire deposit to me without any hassle, a huge improvement compared to some of my prior landlords. I am happy to recommend Legacy and Stephanie to anyone who is looking for a place to rent.

I’ve never been one for property management companies but when I moved to Twin Falls, I connected with Stephanie and she helped me get into a home painlessly. I’ve had a few house repair needs up until now and Stephanie and Legacy have been attentive and quick in getting concerns addressed! Today I had left my house when the garage door broke. I reached out to Stephanie in crisis, unsure as to how I would get the door closed or opened and how the heck I’d get everything from my garage into my house to secure it….within minutes she was able to find a garage door company to come out and assist as I was not able to get it fully opened or fully closed….and within 10 minutes someone was here to assess and get the door functional. I can’t give a big enough shout out to Stephanie and Legacy! Thank you!
