I have been very impressed with the professional service and responsiveness of the team at Riddle Property Management while taking care of my rental properties in Twin Falls.  Would highly recommend it!

The team at Riddle property management has been a game-changer for my real estate business.  Prior to transitioning to Riddle property management, I used several different property managers, all of which had different styles and methods of reporting.  Mandi and Stephanie help me consolidate my properties saving me both time and money.  I now get one easy-to-read monthly report outlining everything you would want out of a property manager.   Communicating with anyone at the Riddle team is easy and responses are quick.  I couldn’t ask for more out of a property manager.

My family and I have been tenants with Riddle Property Management since 2014, we could not be more pleased with the business that is provided from this management company. So I, like most people I’m sure, tend to not leave a review unless I’m very impressed or disappointed. This is one of those rare times I’m leaving a review because me and my wife were VERY impressed with Riddle Properties. I’ve been renting homes in the magic valley for 10 years and have struggled with every management company I’ve come across here, accept this one, and had to show my appreciation somehow. Stephanie served as our landlord since 2019 and was there for our every need. She was always pleasant and straight forward. We had a professional walk through before renting the property and you can tell she takes her job seriously and does absolutely everything by the book. It was the first time we felt like our landlords were on our side and not trying to go through the motions to collect a check, it was very comforting. I would recommend Riddle Properties to anyone as the best property management company in the valley. Thank you Riddle!!

I have rented from Riddle Properties for over a year now and I am so impressed with how well they take care of the property that I rent.  They always make sure everything is taken of with any repairs and repairs are always done in a timely manner.
